This is for a complete matching set of butter knives with English sterling silver handles. The handles are embossed the same on both sides and the silver carries a full set of hallmarks dating them to Sheffield 1901. They have the makers initials M&W for Mappin & Webb and the makers are advertised under the lid also. They lare in good condition with no holes or splits in the silver just light wear from use. Each one measures 168mm (6.5\") long by 18mm (0.75\") across at the handle. The box is in good condition with surface wear.
