International Shipping: Shipping weights are determined based on Priority Mail standards (0-1 lb, 1-2 lbs, 2-3 lbs etc.). We will credit your PayPal account for postage overcharge. For International 1st Class postage we charge a $1 S/H charge to cover the cost of shipping supplies.
