Rare and unusual Mary Frances handcrafted vintage shoulder bag/ purse in very good condition sports a Swiss dot back and bottom. The front of the purse depicts a beaded palm tree with a stitched body of water and three stitched white birds, (possibly egrets?) Playful fringe attached by beads adds a whimsical touch. Above the fringe is beautiful rick rack and beads with a floral print, which also are interspersed at top of purse and even in handle. Numerous beads of all shapes and sizes adorn the top and top back of purse, and surprisingly are all still intact. The handle of purse is beaded and pearl like adornments as shown in pix # 10. Inside of purse is in pristine condition with Mary Frances tag and a blue cloth lining.Hardware on purse is somewhat tarnished, but does not detract from the beauty of this purse.
