This is a Hordak action figure from the Masters of the Universe line of toys. It was released in 1981 by Mattel. The figure comes as shown in the pictures. It has some wear (see pictures), and it is missing accessories. Overall, it is in really good shape. The legs are not loose, and the figure easily stands on its own. Also of note, the chest armor is fully intact with none of the latches broken. It does have a crack on the back of the armor. This is a great collectible toy from the \'80s, and is perfect for He-Man fans and collectors!
