This is brand new in the box never opened until now. The last photo shows that the original battery lock has never been removed as well as the cover shield on the watch face. It is possible that it would require a new battery. This watch was in commemoration of Kodak\'s continued support of the Disney World Organization from the beginning as written on the back of the box.
