This vintage menu has an original autograph of musician, artist, caricaturist, and restaurateur Xavier Cugat. I obtained it with some other Buffalo menus, all dating from the late 1940\'s - 1950\'s, which had been collected by a waiter. This one is dated October 21, 1949. Dimensions are 7 1/4\" by 8 1/2\" (closed). It is in excellent vintage condition with minimal spots and soiling. The signature is written with a heavy pencil and reads \"To Angelo, X F(?) Cugat, 1949\". According to this menu, a customer could order a hot lobster and shrimp sandwich with newburg sauce and asparagus tips for $1.10. Sounds like a good deal to me. First-class mailing is an option for U.S. buyers.
