An excellent portrait of a handsome 17th century gentleman wearing a periwig. The portrait is in very good condition with vivid colours and no damage to the enamel surface. I am not sure of the exact date of the portrait but was told it was a copy of the original and that it is Victorian. This is the second one of a pair, the other sold last week. Please refer to the pics for the condition of the painting.
The frame is gilded heavy metal and the back is gilded brass. The size of the portrait is 9.8 x 7.5 cm and the frame is 15.5 x 13.2 cm. Should you require additional photos please contact me.
