Up for sale is a very cool 1800s style Mountain Man Brim hat size 6 3/4 to 7 3/4 loose fit type. Has feathers and a Fox tail plus a French trade bead slide for chin cord. Great hat that would look very cool at the next Mountain Rendezvous. The Famous Mountain Man Jim Bridger wore. The Indian hand sign for White Man was thumb across the forehead for the brim hat they wore. Made of wool in used condition ready to keep that mountain sun off your face. This is a newly made hat. Some of the Feathers are broken from wear.
