1.Allpurchases are returnable if unopened; within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costsare not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shippingamount even if you originally had FREE shipping or paid a promotional shippingprice.

2.Aminimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that isNOT defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer\'sbox with the UPC intact and the product serial number must match the serialnumber on the manufacturer\'s box.

3.Defectiveproducts must be returned in the original box with all packaged materialsincluding any and all promotional materials shipped with product.THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT and THESERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX.The original product must be returnedno later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. We reserves the right to test defectivereturns and impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresentsthe condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customermisuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customertampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking feebased on the condition of the product.

4.Wemake every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damagedupon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left andyou realize that your package is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiptof the product.

5.Inthe event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments,you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product withpromotional shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price uponrefusing the package.
