We have approximately 80 O-Scale buildings from this very large estate collection for sale. All have been gently used and no boxes are included. There are a couple with damage which we will point out what we see, but please review the pictures carefully and feel free to ask for more if you need them.

U.S. Shipping: All shipping methods are atthe customer’s expense unless otherwise noted in the listing. While I do usethe shipping calculator so that you will know what your shipping chargewill be please keep in mind that this is based on what I have estimated theweight of the package to be. I pack as lightly and ship as economically aspossible while still ensuring a safe delivery of your item(s).

International Shipping: I use ’s globalshipping program and will ship to anywhere in the world upon request. Pleasenote that all expenses associated with any purchase including shipping andcustoms are the buyer’s responsibility.Items will not be shipped until all expenses have been covered.

Combined Shipping: I charge by size, weight and destination. If youpurchase more than one item for me I will pack all of them together (sizepermitting). Please use the shipping calculator or wait for an invoice. Payment must be made together. Pleasecontact me with what you are offerding on before you offer to get an estimate ofcosts.

Special Shipping Notes: I usually ship the same day as payment ismade Monday through Saturday except Holidays, however I am a career firefighterso if you pay on a day that I am working your item will ship the next day. Iwill send you a message once your item has been shipped.

I do my absolute best to pack each item with the utmost care. I havehad to learn the hard way that the various shipping services are not exactlygentle with items. I do my best to ensure that every customer is happy and ifyour item is damaged during shipping I will offer a full refund of yourpurchase price and shipping costs if and only if you agree to pay an additional$1.65 per $100 of purchase price for insurance. This is the actual cost to meof the insurance and I still will not recoup the cost of shipping. This is theonly way I can keep from losing money for someone else’s carelessness. It willbe up to the customer to take the item and receipt to the post office to filethe claim as the broken item must be presented. If you choose not insure the item I will not refund any money fordamage by the postal service unless there has been a gross negligence inpacking on my part! My misrepresentation refund / return policy stillstands. If you wish to add insuranceplease send me a message before paying indicating such and I will adjust yourinvoice.

Terms of Sale: All sales are final unless I have misrepresented an item. Pleasecontact me immediately if there is a problem so that we can work it out. I wanthappy customers. Should you decide to return an item, I will reimburse you forthe cost of the item as long as it is returned in the original condition. Youare responsible for shipping costs.
