DESIGN~~HAND BLOWN~FREEFORM~~ART GLASS~VASE~~CIRCA 1980\'s+~~MADE ON THE ISLAND OF MURANO, ITALY?~~EXCELLENT~
Item Specifics:Striking ~ Murano ~ Italy? ~ triple layered ~ hand blown ~ freeform ~ vintage / retro ~ art glass ~ vase ~ beautiful multi-coloured ~ mottled / pulled ~ abstract design in pastel shades of blue, yellow, green, white, brown & red ~ with a Royal / Cobalt blue coloured trim around the top rim & encased in a clear glass exterior, with a white interior ~ presented in excellent condition ~ with no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration ~ there are quite a few air bubbles within the glass & one bubble in the interior of the vase has \'burst\' leaving a shallow little recess in the glass ~ this is nothing serious & cannot be seen when the piece is on display but is mentioned for accuracy ~ further, there is a little rough area within one of the interior corners / top rim which is again very trivial but I am a perfectionist & like to disclose all little lumps & bumps & anomalies! Finally, as the photos show, the pontil base is rough to the central area ~ a truly amazing piece ~ really eye-catching ~ displays wonderfully ~ the perfect addition to your collection / wonderful gift!
