If you received a wrong item because of our fault, we will exchange it free, as long as you return the item in 3 days, and in original condition.
If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, such as you choose the wrong size, the wrong color and so on, and need to exchange it , we are also pleased to exchange one for you as long as you pay for the postage and balanced price difference.
If your exchange request is unavailable, we will process it as a refund instead.
