This is a magnificent,1949 Royal Doulton figure,called \'The Broken Lance\' model number HN2041, designed byMargaret (Peggy)Davies and discontinued in 1975.It depicts a knight in full armour, abreast a rearing stallion with broken lance, inabsolutely fantasticoriginal condition, manufactured byRoyal Doulton, England.
Thecolouring in thisceramic statueis superb, realstrong vibrantcolouring, absolutely exquisite. I really don\'t believe my pictures are doing thisfigure true justice. The colours and the way they\'ve been mixedis just truly magnificent.
The basehas all thegreen script,Royal Doultondistinct markings, guaranteed 100% genuine.
Condition ..... No chips, cracks, scratches or restoration, just avery nice, stunning, honest piece ofRoyal Doultonware.
