This grand box is made from the most exquisite piece of burl Walnut with the most decorative patterns and a rich cognac colour which only comes from age. The front and back have two large parquetry stars.The box opens to reveal a wooden tray and the original silk interior to the lid. The interior of the box has been re-lined with a hand-marbled paper, creating a clean and fresh finish ready for use. It would also make the perfect sewing box or keepsake box for cherished memories.A grand piece measuring 15\" x 8 1/2\" x 10\" tall.
