Magnificent Rococo Style Shell Crest Pediment Finial Fragment Component:

This is a magnificent deeply carved finial crest piece made of solid wood. It is 9-1/4\" x 8-1/2\" and a full 3-1/4\" thick. On the reverse side there is a partially filled void in the wood. This does not display through to the front side. (see photo). This came from a furniture and design company that went out of business in the 1990\'s. Some pieces were removed from furniture that was in disrepair other pieces were left over stock from architectural design projects.
