This is a vintage Manning Bowman 8” desktop oscillating fan. It was USA manufactured in the 1950’s. It works well with smooth operation. It is one speed and it oscillates 90 degrees to the right and 70degrees to the left. It is clean but could be shined up a bit more to perfection. The cage has no breaks but it is separated in a spot, but makes the fan blades easier to clean. The fan and base have no rust. The base has a few minor scratches but it is not bad. Runs well and does not sound obnoxious.
