Up for sale is a beautiful antique baby crib that will gently rock your precious one to sleep. This one of a kind swinging crib is the perfect addition to that special welcome home setting you have worked so hard to create. I don\'t know the exact age of this unique piece but it has been in our family for over four generations. The Cuddlekin crib bumper is NOT antique, it is one we purchased for use by our youngest. A multitude of other colors and styles are available from Cuddlekin for you to purchase separately to match any decor.
This unusual piece of Americana easily fits into any setting. Use it in the nursery or use it in a family room or den to rock your baby to sleep.
It also makes for the largest WOW factor as a setting or backdrop to a baby shower when loaded with gifts!
The piece is rather large so I think local pick-up would be best. It could be shipped but it would be rather costly.
The dimensions are : Height - 44 inches Weight - 30-35 lbs. (?) Length - 42 inches Width - 22.5 All dimensions are +/- .5 inches
The condition of the crib is very good overall. We repainted it before our final use in a bright and light white. The paint has held up well over the last 29 years but there are nicks and dings present. This actually is not a flaw in the crib to our eyes, just a confirmation of it\'s age. The wood and supporting materials are all in good condition and present nothing that would give one pause. If you are interested I could post more detailed pictures of any spots that I think would be of interest in terms of wear and tear. Nothing is pristine after a hundred years unless you want to pay thousands!
