Stunning, dressy Mary Frances retired purse, New With Tags. **Includes Mary Frances black dust bag.Both sides of the purse are exactly the same in design and decoration. Both are shown in pictures.
The fabric is satin or silk iridescent, glowing between bronze and a raspberry-like shade. The overlapping folded tent shaped dangles, all with beaded bottom hemlines, that surround the purse on all sides match the iridescent colors in shades of mauve, some a little brighter in hue than others, and another darker color that sometimes looks like fuchsia, sometimes violet, depending on the lighting. All the fabrics are the same silky material with a subtle metallic shine.
The teardrop hanging jewels that decorate the purse and hang from the carry handles are deeper and pale green, which is the dominant accent color. There is a touch of many colors, bit of copper beading, pink and clear rhinestones, gold trimming, raspberry handle beads, and some large jewels in hot pink and turquoise. Some silver rectangular studs and rhinestones line the top edge of the purse, and even the handles are covered with tiny seed beads and sequins. Details really too numerous to mention.
Measures 5\" tall for the main portion, which rises upward in the middle to support the handles, which adds an additional 7\" in overall height, About 10\" across. The hanging fabric extends beyond the boundaries of the actual usable part of the purse, which makes it look fuller and wider. Measurements are approximate.
