updated 5/8 All lipstick are new in their original box on rare occasion there is a problem w the box received so will use a different box. I would let you know this if necessary at all. All items are stored well in my smoke free, pets away home office in a original storage case which is also insulated. I fully inspect each and every lipstick for any issues before placing on my site to sell.
Please be very sure about your lip shade color. No refunds for choosing the wrong color or shade. You know what you prefer. If you have questions please contact me prior to purchase so we can help you w any issue if unsure.
Price is for one lipstick. You can save more by adding lipsticks, and I reward my customers even more than just one sample on multiple purchases. For free lip brush, See note below here.
BTW: On the free lipstick brush if you need/want one, must purchase 3 DIFFERENT variations and purchasing at least 5 items. (Also you will receive discounts on shipping too). This means anything I sell over 5.95 each. Clearance items marked down to 5.95 or less do not count towards getting lip brush but will still be rewarded w multiple samples.

Returns: it is expected that you contact me first per guidelines before opening a return. It would be also expected that you return the exact item that was shipped to you with its original packaging (box), if an accepted return, I do note date codes on all my outgoing lip colors in case of any problem and if a different one is shipped back to me, it will be reported. On higher priced items I will photograph to prove if necessary and to correct any discrepancy. Opening returns or cases without contacting seller first, will be considered buyer abuse and you will be blocked and reported.
response: Please do not leave neutral or negative FB without first contacting me to have it resolved if necessary. I manually check items to make sure that they have twistability, integrity, and are fresh. Anything less than 5 stars on all issues work against the seller.
