This Freemasons 14k gold watch fob comes from a long past family member. It has been kept in a jewelry box and never brought out or used since at least 1935 or so. It is in beautiful condition for its age with no chips in the enamel and very slight surface scratches on the back. It measures 1\" wide and 1 1/2\" tall, which includes the chain loop. There\'s a small thin chain attached, which I have no reason to believe that it\'s not original to the piece. There\'s a longer chain (16\") attached to the first one, which is showing its age. This item has symbols on each area. At the top is the all serving eye, to the right is the level, on the bottom is the slipper, to the left is the trowel and in the center is the square. It has the name of the member across the top, just above the eye and the lodge name and number on the bottom just below the slipper.

The information I have from a Philadelphia Lodge, states that the person who is named on this watch fob became a member in 1909. I believe that he received this item that same year. The Lodge has also sent me detailed information about the symbols in the fob, which I will gladly pass on if you message me.
