You are offerding on a custom made Massachusetts State Police 1/18th scale 1995 Chevy Caprice UT.Decals were made by myself using clear waterslide decals that are crisp and clear.a white overlay was printed first using and alps printer then the decals were printed over the white so it really stands out.This Massachusetts state police 1/18 scale car was entirly made by myself.I started off with a blank base model ford crown victoria. I completly took it apart so I can do the complete paint job.The first coat is applied and then on the 2nd day when it is dry the second coat is applied.then on the 3rd day the lighting and decals are applied.
