This limited edition Bradford Exchange Picture in a cast metal frame (A0300) is in the Limited Edition presentation of Masters of the Rapids by Ted Blaylock. Second Issue in the Flights of Glory collection. It is in Excellent used condition, as shown in the photos - just a few marks on the back.
I think the picture is on porcelain. The frame is a cast metal.
There is no Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
