If they notify you that you must pick-up youritem from them and it gets sent back to us because you didn’t pick it up, youwill only be given a refund for the product and not the shipping, and only afterit arrives back here. This also pertainsto items returned because they were denied by customs.

·Lastly, be aware that it will take time toreach you, in some unfortunate cases, up to 6 weeks. You will see with the tracking number werelay to you that your order shipped promptly and left the US soon after. Returns:
Wewill be happy to accept a return of your product for 30 days afterreceipt.
