Up for sale is a Matthias Roller Violin. Has been in closet for many years as it belonged to my grandfather. Looks to be in good shape just several strings broken. There is no bow as I can see dont know what happened to it. I know very little about instruments but it looks like a nice violin. There seems to be a tight split on face ,I took pictures and someting on end maybe glue separation. That is very small but in photos. The case comes with tuner which is as least as old as violin. The case is in great shape just some paint loss. Inside of instrument is a sticker that reads, \" Matthias Roller made in Germany\" also hand made copy of Stradivarius. I can also see a dowel in upright position inside of body.. The body measures 14 inches long by 8 1/4 wide at bottom and the neck continues 9 3/8 beyond body. As I said it been sitting for 50 years and I would like someone to have it that can use it. Any questions please ask I will try to answer as best as I can. Thank You. Happy offerding !!!!
