McKinley wall mount dollhouse by Greenleaf.

The original KIT was purchased, built and then re-built, and renovated to add 3 more rooms.
This is a wall mount dollhouse.
There are 3 drilled holes for molly\'s across the top floor rooms. They are easily hidden by strategically placed furniture.
No furniture is included in this sale.
During moving the house has lost some gingerbread moldings. It needs TLC and updating of wallpaper, paint, rugs ect of your own choosing. It is structurally sound and the electric is in perfect lighting condition.
The house is fully electric.
Along the right side under the house are 8 toggle switches to flip on each room, and front porch. Once you add your own lighting you will discover which toggles work which room. There is also 1 white switch to turn the entire house to either on or off.
There are wall outlets and ceiling lighting wires which are taped and ready to hang your own lamps and chandeliers. Including 2 wires on the dining room wall for your lighted hutch.Width : 47\" long
Height : 33\" from top peak down to end end of house.Kitchen - 12\" wide x 9\" deep x 8 1/2\" tall - Includes a bay window. There are wires taped to the ceiling for an electric lighting fixture.

Dining Room - 10\" long x 9\" deep x 8 1/2\" tall - Included a working 5 light chandelier, of which 2 bulbs need replacement. There are wires taped to the back wall for a lighted hutch.

Living Room - 14\" long x 9\" deep x 8 1/2\" tall - Includes a brick fireplace 5 1/2\" wide x 2\" deep x 8 1/2\" tall. Mantle shelf included. There is no log set but the wires are there to attach your own. There is a staircase and a bay window. There is a wall socket under the front living room bay window to plug in your lighted Christmas tree.Bedroom #1 - Lavender carpet, floral wallpaper. 11 1/2\" wide x 9\" deep x 8\" tall. 1 double window. Left corner ceiling has wires tapes up ready for your handing light fixture. There is an open doorway leading to the bathroom.Bathroom - 7 1/2\" wide x 9\" deep x 8\" high. Includes 2 working light fixture sconces. You would place a mirror between them and a sink directly under them. Bedroom #2 Master - 17\" wide x 9\" deep x 8\" tall. Asian wall paper, light beige carpet. Bay window with circular seating. The back wall has 2 sets of wires taped up to hang your 2 light fixtures, or add wiring and bring it down lower to reach your night stands on each side of the bed. (I chose swag lighting) Bedroom #3 - 3rd floor - 18\" wide x 9\" deep x 6\" tall. Includes wood flooring, country cottage yellow roses wall paper. There is a set of wires taped up at floor level on left side for your light fixture. This room has 2 of the molly holes to hang the house.Bedroom #4 Could also be ...attic, craft room, study, baby nursery, playroom. TV room. 16\" wide x 9\" deep x 11\" peak. There is a cross beam with an attached working 3 light chandelier. There is a turret room with 1 electric hanging swag lamp the needs to be wired in, 3 port hole windows and circular seating. This room has the 3rd molly hole to hang the house.There is a front porch with a working outside light fixture.Across the bottom of the house are 4 supply drawers. This is where I kept small items like food items, housewares, cooking, pets, and accessories.
