This is a very nice Reed and Barton sterling silver top hat with a tilt to the brim that was made in the \'50s. I have seen this described as a toothpick holder, a cigarette holder, a centerpiece, and as a vase. This measures 3 and 1/2 across the brim, 2\" across the bottom, 2 and 1/4\" tall and weighs 83 grams. The top of the brim has a couple small dings as shown in the photos, but this is otherwise in very good condition for it\'s age.
