I have been meditating for many years and have used a Meditation Bench
consistently over this time. After trying number of standard benches purchased online, I decided to combine the best of the different types of benches into my own unique designed bench that is solidly built and affordable, costing a half to a third to many of the benches being sold.

The first bench I used was a fixed slanted leg bench that slanted from 6 1/2 inches in the front to 8 inches in the back. Though OK it didn\'t always seem to be the exact slant angle the was the most comfortable. I then went to a symmetrically rounded leg bench, which again ended up being not quite what I was looking for. I decided to combine the best of the two benches, a slanted rounded leg bench that is comfortable, well built, and affordable. The legs are slightly flared out to give stability.

This bench\'s seat measures about 18 in x 7 1/2 in and the
height measured in the middle of the legs is about 7 1/2 in high These
measurements seem to accommodate most people no matter what their height. It is also a folding legged bench that is easily transportable. It is made of \"select quality\" pine boards and heavy hinges on the folding legs. I have left it unfinished so you can stain it, give it a clear finish, or just leave it
unfinished.

This is a comfortable, solid, affordable bench that should
