MELODY IN MOTION - MUSICAL, ANIMATED ORGAN GRINDER. Musical large BISQUE Porcelain figurine. Hand Painted.

Plays \"Sidewalks of New York\". With tag, but NO box. No batteries. I removed for shipment.

This needs help - it looks great from outside - but seldom works, and when it does - the movement is very slow & sporadic, and the music plays only here & there & is very low (quiet), when it plays. (I tried fresh batteries, to no avail).

(Please take this before my husband pulls out a screwdriver & tries to fix it!!) I did NOT try to repair.

Esti 8 3/4\" tall. Large & wonderful. The organ grinder spins the organ handle as the monkey bounces slowly up & down on... top. Sweet! Sounds like an old-fashioned phonograph, WHEN and IF it plays. Awesome detailing on this great piece.
