My grandfather worked at DisneyLand in Anaheim, CA. for many years he bought many watches over the years from DisneyLand including this Mickey Mouse Watch. This particular one has a small X engraved on the batteries backing plate not sure the rhyme or the reason for the marking.
I have installed a fresh Battery and the watch seems to be in good working condition.
