Your item will be ready for collection at the Front Office Receptionfrom 09:00 on the next available WORKING DAY, (Monday to Friday), after payment has been made and completed.

It is essential that you collect your item within 7 working days of the closing date of the listing. We reserve the right to refund and relist any item not collected within this time minus any fees which this may incur.

All items listed as collect onlyare done for one or more of the following reasons; the item is too large, too heavy, too bulky or too fragile for us to be able to adequately deal with packaging and/or have access to the necessary courier services. Question: Why don\'t you offer other payment methods?

Answer: PayPal is a very secure method of on-line payment and can be used by anyone with a debit or credit card regardless if they have a PayPal account.

Question: What should I do if I believe that an item is mine, in that it was lost or stolen?

Answer: Contact via the messaging systemimmediately and if necessary the sale will be suspended while your claim is investigated. Be ready to substantiate any such claim with a detailed description of unseen damage or any other identifying features, lost property/ crime reference numbers and insurance claim details and reference numbers.

Answer: If an item is not as described contact us via the messaging system and if we have made an error in the listing we shall refund the winning offer, postage paid and the return postage.

Answer: We have no control over the postal service used. All items can be tracked through the system so if your item has not arrived then please contact us via the messaging system and we can look into tracking your item for you.

Question: Can you combine postage costs on multiple items?
