Men\'s vintage 14ct rose gold hallmarked Movado triple calendar watch on new leather watch strap. The dial with patina has raised Arabic numbers and shows the calendar ring around the outside with red arrow pointer. The day and month are in the centre along with a sub seconds at six o\'clock. The inside of the gold back cover has been hallmarked 14ct gold showing the date letter for 1987 along with the test scraping that was carried out for the hallmarking procedure.. This hallmark was obviously commissioned approximately 40 years after the manufacture of this watch. There is also a 585 (14ct) mark on the inside of one of the lugs. The width of the watch case is 37mm including the crown. The 15 jewelled watch movement is signed Movado and is in full working order apart from the month function which has to be changed manually at the end of each month by pressing the month changing button. The day and date change automatically as normal but please note that the day and month are in French. The general condition of the gold watch case is good with just the odd small mark along with some marks to the watch dial. Overall a beautiful period time piece.
