OUTSTANDING CONDITION/ZERO WEAR OR USE-- If you went in to the Express Mens store many many years ago in most malls, they had some very fine jackets like this one and they were not cheap. Now you can have that same exact jacket, in the same condition too, but for less than a single t-shirt at Macys (many brands are crazy $). If you walk into a Gap store, a plain denim jacket will also cost more. This is a serious leather jacket. Not thin glove leather in the Euro style that is tight fitting, but a jacket you wear OVER your clothing when it is cold out, and if you live North of Florida where I am, it WILL get cold soon. Dont wait until Winter to buy a jacket, thats like making a reservation at Disney on Labor Day weekend.
This is not for 70 degree cool evenings...you will sweat. This jacket is OVER 4 POUNDS all by itself, and thats a lot of leather. This is a real jacket that just happens to function even better than it looks. The leather is nicely grained all over and is a slightly thicker type but not stiff. It has a soft and supple surface and the last several inches of the sleeves, the outer parts of each lapel and edge and the collar as well as the bottom are all doubled layers of the leather. The lining is solid black and flawless and there is no fill inside. Leather is nature\'s best windbreaker, after all, a billion cows cant be wrong and they stand out there in the icy wind. Cut longer so you can bend and sit without letting icy air up your backside and the double-breasted design with the 2 rows of buttons (only 1 row actually buttons) means there is a large overlap in front. The buttons are on short \"leashes\" as trying to button thicker leather when they are flush is impossible with cold fingers. The top ones are stretched just a bit longer than the bottoms but they are all meant to hang just a bit. The top button on the inner row does button as well. There are 2 outside pockets for keeping hands warm and you can turn that collar up against the wind if needed. Truly a classic and classy look.

Width from armpit seam to seam while buttoned is 18 inches Without pulling so that is buttoned and laid flat. It does go over 18 just a bit no problem
