For sale is a mens vintage 1943 USA made WWII military Elgin manual wind wristwatch with \"hack\" set. The watch features an original dial with black painted numbers, original blued steel hands, sweep seconds hand, original crown, base metal case with steel screw in back, acrylic crystal, new leather strap and a caliber 539 movement with 15 jewels. The watch was just serviced, functions properly, and keeps accurate time. It will come with a 1 year warranty. Cosmetic condition is good, but the dial has aged and the case has some wear. The watch measures 32 mm in diameter w/out the crown and 37.5 mm lug tip to tip. As part of the service the watch was completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, timed and adjusted for accuracy. The case, was polished and cleaned. The dial and hands were gently cleaned. A new strap was added. If you have any questions please ask before buying.
