Pretty light blue tiered linen skirt by Metro Wear. Elastic waist style, full/flared. Fairly lightweight but not sheer. Unlined. No stretch. Pulls on. Soft, muted color--looks a bit lavender in some lights, like a pale periwinkle type shade. Hits just at the bottom of the knee on a shorter person, like me. Would be shorter on taller gals, 23\" long from the waist. In great condition with no issues.
