This 7-inch figure is part of the Mezco Toyz line of movie figures from The Spirit. It is a loose figure and comes as is, with no box or packaging of any kind. Plaster of Paris is fully articulated at the hips, shoulders, elbows, left wrist, right forearm and neck. She measures 6 1/2 inches tall, so she is in scale with the rest of The Spirit line. She also comes complete with all her accessories, including an ornate, silver and gold painted, short sword, an alternate, right forearm with tiny, silver and gold painted throwing darts permanently sculpted between the pre-posed fingers of the hand and a plain, black display stand that measures 3 inches all the way around. The tip of her hard, plastic sword is a little sharp, so you should keep this figure out of the reach of children or pets. Due to the manufacturing process, there are several light cracks, swirls, rub marks and imperfections just below the skin, embedded in the plastic in which the figure was cast, in addition to a few, small dark rub marks on her arms, lower back, posterior, legs and the bottom of her feet. She also has a few, stray and tiny, black paint dots on her chest, arms and on the right side of her face by her nose and eye. Her cape has some dark paint rubs and scratches on both sides of it as well. There are also a few imperfections in the gold paint on the short sword, as well as a slight curvature to one of the hard, plastic throwing daggers also caused by the manufacturing process.As you can see from the photos above, none of thisis significant enough to detract from the overall look of the figure.The black display stand has many tiny, faint scratches, several nicks and some rub and smudge marks across the surface with a few scratches and rub marks on the underside as well. The stand also has some light discolorations caused by her feet after a period of display. Aside from that, the issues mentioned above and a little dust, the figure and all its accessories are still in very good condition.
This figure comes from a smoke free and a pet free home and is a must-have for any collector of The Spirit line from Mezco Toyz, any fan of the comic book film adaptations associated with Frank Miller or of the film version of the Plaster of Paris character.
