Really got taken on this one and can not get a response from seller!
Paid for a functioning Acoustic Electric with hard sided Soft Gator case. What I got was a guitar with a BAD preamp, broken saddle, old strings, and a dusty bag. LIVE AND LEARN!
Had the saddle replaced, new Martin light strings installed, and left the preamp alone. (Cost more than I wanted to spend) Total cost of repairs were $76.00.
SO, what you would get is a Fully Functioning ACOUSTIC GUITAR with the bag. You can have a new preamp installed or leave it as is and have a nice acoustic at a reasonable price for a MICHAEL KELLY.

Have figured out what is wrong with the preamp. Am trying to locate a replacement! If I can, I will install for the new owner. AT NO CHARGE AT SAME sale PRICE.
