Arthur Court (1928-2015) was a widely popular California designer and wildlife conservationist. He made very few of these very large cast aluminum whale form vessels.Aluminum hinged sculptural form whale wine/champagne cooler &/or ice bucket. The aluminum surface is textured and has a nice blue/green patina. It is reported to be the largest and rarest of all the Arthur Court animal wine coolers/ice buckets made.
