For sale is a Mid Century Loveseat and chair set like I\'ve never seen. Removed from a Balboa Island, California estate. No indication of who made these. Quite possibly custom made. They are probably circa 1930-40. At least that is what I have been told by a couple of people who know furniture styles. I think a light mahogany. Leather is worn and faded and ripped. I spoke to a leather specialist and they would repair the damaged leather, but said someone else would have to remove it for them. They quoted $200 for the repair. I am not going to repair them. That will be up to the next owner. These are small pieces in scale. Loveseat is 46 inches wide, 28 inches deep and 30 inches high. Chair is 21 inches wide. Very hard to accurately describe in words. Better to look at the photos. If anyone has ever seen furniture like this before, please let me know. Thanks. Located in Costa Mesa, California. I will drop off to pack and ship or free pick up.
