A very nice mid-century Yin Yang coffee table or side tables , made by the Dutch furniture company Gelderland. This is one of their earliest pieces judging by the design and construction. You can feel the graining and hand construction of the solid cherry top and legs.When you look closely even though the top is solid wood , the very top surfacelooks like it is a cherry veneerso they could get both sides of this incredible table to match . Please see detailed close up of corner. This itemis in excellent Vintage condition, with traces of usage on the top and an overall awesome patina . It does not look like it was ever messed with or refinish. each one of these Vintage MCM Danish or Dutch Side or coffee tables are signed on oneof the metal leg hardware brackets , each one is signed Gelderland NV Culemborg . A great vintage retro MCM ying yang coffee or side table from the Netherlands.
