Mid Century Modern Large Pair of Incised Ceramic Martz Lamps w/ Vintage Shades:

This dramatic pair of Incised Ceramic and Wood Lamps is about 35 in. high with a base diameter of 6 in. The shades are 16 in. by 12 in. high and 15 in. by 12 in. The 1 in. difference in diameter probably allowed for nesting one shade into another during shipment; when separated the 1 in. difference is not obvious. They come with original wood finials and old probably original shades. Gordon and Jane Martz designed them for Marshall Studios during the mid 20th Century. Both lamps are marked “Martz”on the lower back. They are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. These were stored for more than 30 years by the original owners, and appear to have had little use. The original cords are intact and the lamps work. Please look at the photographs as they are considered part of the description. I guarantee them to be old and as described. Flat shipping fee is for the lower 48 states, includes insurance, and reflects the weight and three package shipment charges.
