Mid Century Modernist 3-D Paper Cutout Sculpture of a large Zipper signed by artist Rabine - VERY COOL!!
Here is a really cool three dimensional paper and yarn sculpture signed by artist \"Rabine.\" This piece was done with heavy illustration board and strands of yarn where the artist cut out multiple shapes and materials and attaches them to crescent board to create an amazing piece of art. This cool mid century modern piece depicts what appears to be a large zipper. This piece has a nice color palette of yellows, grays, blacks and whites that really pop.
I believe this piece was done in the 1970\'s and it\'s signed by the artist \"Rabine\" in the lower left corner. This piece also has its original vintage metal silver frame that looks awesome in person. This is a nice heavy piece that will include its original glass in the final sale. This piece will also include the wire on the back, so it is all ready to hang.
Dimensions:Frame - 11 1/4\" wide x 24 1/4\" tall x 3/4\" deep
Condition: Excellent. Art, glass and frame are all in great shape, this piece looks like it has been stored away for years. The only apology to note is some deterioration in the black string work. This piece would look awesome hanging in an apartment or in any mid century or vintage decor.
