Item Description: A beautiful and rare mahogany dining table by Walter of Wabash. Made of solid wood, it\'s legs add an elegance to this gorgeous dining table. It has two leaf inserts that can be added (as shown in the first couple of pictures) that allows for large parties. We were always able to seat comfortably 8 large dining room chairs (6 on the sides and 2 captains chairs on the ends) when the leafs were inserted. Or remove one or both leafs for a cozier mor intimate dining experience.
This was purchased new by my family in 1976 and has always been in a smoke free home with no pets. It wasn\'t our main dinner table, but we always used the table on holidays and when we had guests or parties.
As it is over 40 years old and it has been used, normal usage such as minor scratching should be expected. However, it has been well cared for over the decades and to me it is in excellent condition.

Approximate Measurements: 28 3/4\" tall; 42\" wide; 102 1/4\" long with both leaf inserts; 84\" long with one leaf insert; and 66\" long without the leaf inserts. Not each leaf measures 18\" long.
We have always lived in a smoke free home and these are from a smoke free business. We are currently in the process of downsizing and would love to find new homes for the items that we have collected over the last several decades.
