This is a Mid Century Modern cylinder pot that was made by Gainey Ceramics in La Verne, California. This speckle white architectural piece would make a great decorative or functional piece for the home. Does not have drainage hole. In the inside of the planter there is a line that looks like a crack (it is not a crack) but seems to be from the hand thrown process. In the third photo you can see it.
