This sectional is in great condition! There is one small tear, about once inch in length, in the corner section cushion. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with this sectional. It is a great shape, note the arms, and the back is tufted.

I have not seen any sectionals similar to this one, from this company, online. As far as I have seen, this is one of a kind.

Dimensions:

Left section with arm- 40\"
Right section with arm- 40\"
Single section- 23\"
Corner section, corner to corner- 50\"

I am pretty sure the seat depth is 28-30\", I will update when I make it back home and get the measurements.
