Greatvintage mid-century modern Progess Lighting Co retractable lamp. Interesting style, with a large diffuser shade over a white glass shade that almost looks like a kerosene lamp. Under the glass shade is a black wire and wooden handle for pulling the lamp down, looks unusual.Main section measures about 14\" long and the large shade is about 15\" in diameter. Total height retracted as shown is about 25\" and it can expand about another 30\".Seems to expand and contract just fine and wiring looks good, but I have no way to test it. Minor wear on chrome and diffuser shade. The only thing to report is a light crease in the metal shade , so it looks a bit lopsided from one angle. The shade is a lightweight metal, so it could probably could be fixed easily, but not by someone clumsy like me!
