GEORGE AARONS plaster relief sculpture PEACE is 7 1/2” x 4” x 3/4” and mounted on a mahogany base. The overall dimensions are 11” x 7 3/4 x 2”. There is a brass plaque on the lower center where the title and sculptor’s name appears. The work has also been signed and titled on the top of the plaster (looking down). The work, which is in very good condition but for some minor chips on the top edge, appears to have been created in the 1930s or 40s.
