Gorgeous diamond and large pearl Mikimoto Necklace

18k yellow gold necklace with 2" slide-in clasp, central ornament set with 8mm white pearl and further accentuated with round brilliant cut diamonds; 3 cultured pearls strands, measuring 13", 14" and 15" correspondingly; necklace contains 132 individually knotted white pearls of Mikimoto "A" quality, measuring from 7.5mm to 8mm; and further set with 192 round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring from 1.5mm to 2.4mm each, total estimated diamond weight 6 ct; VVS2 clarity, F-G color and are prong set. Overall weight 123.8 gm. Fully marked on the clasp. Replacement value nearly $50,000!

Condition: Excellent preowned. Pearls are of Mikimoto "A" quality, white of silver rose overtones, very good luster, good symmetry, and well matched. Beautiful necklace! Please see photos for exact condition!
