This Vintage Russian miniature image is an absolutely stunning representation and situated on a beautiful trinket box made of papier-mâché.

The title of the miniature painting is The Firebird shown as: жар-птица on the top of the box.

The bottom left hand corner of the box is marked: мстера – indicating it is from the school of Mstera.

The initials of the artist are shown as HM in the bottom right hand corner.

Box measurements: 9.5cm long, 4cm depth, 3.75cm tall.

Image is perfect. The outside of the box is immacualate. Inside of the box shows some age blistering to the red varnish.
