\" A VINTAGE 1940\'s-1950\'S FOLDOUT TRAVEL BROCHURE PROMOTING MISSISSIPPI AS A GREAT STATE TO VACATION, GIVEN ITS HISTORICAL AND RECREATIONAL ATTRACTIONS\"A blue, black & white soft cover fold out brochure with black & white photos on the front and back covers. No date was found. My best guess is the 1940\'s, possibly the 1950\'s. Published by Travel Department, Mississippi Agricultural & Industrial Board, Jackson, Mississippi. Unfolds to 16 panels (eight on each side). Provides the reader general information on what to see and do when visiting Mississippi. Text is augmented by several black & white photos and a keyed pictorial map of places of interest. The brochure is in good + (plus) condition. Modest wear to the covers......some very light creasing around the edges.Interior panels are clean and free of marks and creases. Original.
