Shippo Yaki, the Japanese works for cloisonne is a Japanese Traditional Art

This beautiful tray is 9 1/8 inches in length and 2 5/8 inches wide

The art and colors are spectacular. White floral with green leaves. Amazing teal background gives depth.

Mitsukoshi Ltd has a pantent on this technique. Patent sticker is on the back of tray.

Comes in the original box. Box lid shows some wear

Comes with Trade Mark paper and history of cloisonne paper in English and Japanese
